Registration Rates

If you try accessing the registration system with an assistive technology and experience difficulty, please call Event Citadel (formerly CompuSystems) at 224-563-3124 or email [email protected] to book your housing, please call onPeak at 800-584-9047, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.

Registration cancellations must be sent to [email protected] by May 28, 2027. There is a $50 handling fee for each registration canceled, and no refunds for cancellations after May 28, 2027. ALA will not provide refunds for registration due to weather or travel cancellations/changes. Refunds are processed after the event.

Attend ALA Annual with your staff and co-workers. For LIS schools, attend with your students and faculty staff.

If you’d like to register a group, ALA is offering a Register 5 People and get 1 Free Registration option. To register your group, begin by signing in with the first person you’d like to register, then click the "Add Another" button on the Review Information page to add each subsequent registrant. Once you've completed registration for everyone in your group, click "Finish" on the Review page. Note: You will need to enter a unique email address for each person in your group.  Also, when registering the group of six, the free registration will be reflected on the Payment page. The total cost for all five registrants can be paid via credit card, purchase order, or check. If paying by check, please include the check number in the purchase order number box.

A Letter of Attendance will be available on your registration dashboard, which can be accessed through your confirmation. An email containing your letter of attendance will be sent after the conference if your badge was picked up. You can also visit the Letter of Attendance counter located in registration to print a copy of the letter.

Registrations using purchase orders are handled online. Please have the purchase order number available.

Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for ALA purposes. 

If you need to make an edit or add to your registration, please visit the dashboard found in your confirmation email. If you need additional assistance or cannot locate your confirmation, please email [email protected].

• As part of the Full Registration package, you have access to educational programming; exhibitors and LIVE stages in the Library Marketplace; Opening and Closing sessions; ALA President's Program; Featured Speakers; the Job Placement Center; and so much more. Full Registration covers Thursday, June 24 through Monday, June 28, and all sessions except for Preconferences and optional Ticketed Events.
   
• Single Day Registration allows access to the conference on the day of your choosing (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday).
   
• Exhibits-Only Registration allows access to the Library Marketplace only (Saturday through Monday).
